Our Morocco Grand Tour itinerary takes you on a circuit to see the highlights of Morocco and can be adjusted from seven to fifteen days or more to fit your schedule.

Itinerary
Upon arrival, we will greet you at the airport and drive to Casablanca and then to Rabat.
In Casablanca you will see the Hassan II Mosque, the largest mosque in the whole African continent beside Mecca, and experience the coastal “Cornish” seaside.
Afterwards, we will leave to Rabat, the capital of Morocco : Here, you will see the Hassan Tower, the Oudaya Kasbah before you check in to your riad.
After breakfast we will drive to Chefchaouen via the Rif Mountain, crossing Wazzan and other Rif’s villages.
We will be in Chefchaouen early that afternoon.
An easy day in Chefchaouen to explore one of the most beautiful cities in Morocco, one of the stunning villages in the feet of the Reef mountains.
Chefchaouen medina has a Spanish-style square surrounded by many funky arts, crafts stores, roof-top restaurants and coffee shops where you will spend a great time and enjoy the breeze and the beauty of nature.
After your breakfast, our authentic journey will start towards Volubilis crossing via Wazzan and other Rif’s villages.
In Volubilis we will discover the roman ruins and learn about its Archeological sites, after that we will shift our way to Meknes city which represent one of the historical 17th century’s heritage where we will stop for lunch and spend some time around the huge walls of the medina, Bab el Mansour and enjoy a visit of Moulay Ismail’s shrine.
Today you will start exploring the oldest city in Morocco, walking in its alleys and small streets.
Our visit starts by visiting the Royal Palace gate, the Jewish headquarter, and the first Mellah (old fashioned market) built during the 16th century.
We will ensure that you visit all sites with cultural and historical interest including the famous Al Qaraouine University, the oldest in the region, the Tanneries, the Attarine museum and Mulay Idriss mausoleum.
After lunch, you will visit the tiles cooperative and then experience a wonderful panoramique view over the whole Medina of Fez.
At mid -day you will leave Fes travelling towards Ifran, a beautiful village in the mountains, referred to as “the Switzerland of Morocco” and then on to Midelt.
During this journey you’ll experience glimpses of the Middle Atlas and Higher Atlas mountains.
Stopping at Azrou, a Berber village in the middle of the famous cedar forest – the largest in Morocco –After sometime within the forest, your journey continues to Midelt along the magnificent hills and mountains of the Atlas.
After breakfast you will travel to Merzouga via Errachidia and Erfoud.
You will be travelling through the fascinating Tiz Ntalghamt pass and the Ziz Gorge, taking in all the magnificent views of the High Atlas plateau, you’ll notice how the scenery changes to reveal hints of the desert as you approach the city of Errachidia.
Here you will have lunch and enjoy the Berber hospitality.
Afterwards, you will travel along the luxuriant Ziz Valley, stopping for more panoramic views along the way to Erfoud and Rissani.
Arriving at Merzouga on the afternoon, you’ll start your camel ride to spend an overnight on the desert cump with Berber music and sand boarding.
This morning, you’ll be able to rise with the sunset to grab some photos before hopping back onto the camels for the short ride back to the hotel appreciating the unique beauty of the spectacular Erg Chebbi dunes – changing with the light as the day progresses.
After breakfast and shower, you’ll take the 4*4 for a tour to the caves where the fossils of natural desert are found then taking the road used by Paris Dakar rally and pass through the desert with its black volcanic rocks where we will take team with the touareg family then we arrive at the khamlia village famous for its black population from Africa and their music, this village is also famous for the music and the dance festival that takes place every year during the first week of august then we go back to the hotel for the night.
After breakfast, you’ll then head through Rissani, before continuing on the road to Tinjedad for lunch.
En route to Skoura, you can choose to drive up into either the Todra Gorge or Dades Valley.
Tonight, you’ll be staying in the Skoura palm grove, known as the Valley of Kasbahs.
If you would rather not go to Skoura, a stay in the Dades Valley is always a sublime option.
After breakfast in the hotel, you will travel through the Dades Valley towards Kalaa M’gouna and Ouarzazat.
The route through Dades Valley is the way of the thousand kasbahs – providing numerous opportunities to take some of your best photographic shots of the trip, in both the valley of roses and the cinema city of ouarzazate, known as the Moroccan Hollywood, passing by Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, the largest Kasbah in Morocco, built by T-hami El Glaoui, one of the last Berber chiefs during the beginning of the 20th Century.
It used to be one of his stops during his long travel from the Sahara to Marrakech.
Now, used as one of the UNESCO heritage site.
After that we will shift the way to cross high atlas mountains full of panoramic views and attractive Berber villages all along the way till Marrakech.
The hustle and bustle of Marrakech quickly slips away as you enter into the peaceful and beautiful city of Essaouira.
This ancient citadel on the West Atlantic coast of Africa literally means “wall” in the Berber language, and you’ll soon discover why.
Travelers from all over the world come here to experience the very special weather, and explore its diverse and unique history.
As we leave Marrakech, we drive through lush valleys filled with orange groves, ancient olive trees and working farms as we drive to the coast.
After a short while, we arrive in Chichaoua, where we can take a short break for a coffee or snack at Cafe Afoulki.
Once you have had the chance to refuel a bit, we will continue on, soon coming upon our first signs of the Argan trees.
These special trees are valued for their nutritive, cosmetic and numerous medicinal properties.
The tree, relict specie from the Tertiary age, is extremely well adapted to drought and other environmentally difficult conditions of southwestern Morocco, and while now endangered, they are under the protection of UNESCO.
After all of your morning travels, you arrive in Essouira, where you have the chance to wander the ancient streets and imagine what life has come before us.
The streets have a genuinely Portuguese feel, after they renamed the city in the 16th century and used it as a port city of their own.
Here you can dine on fish straight out of the sea at any number of local restaurants, and can even have a camel ride on the beach if you want!
After breakfast and on our way to Marrakech, since this is the land of the Argan culture it is an opportunity to visit the women’s co-operative of Argan oil where they extract the oil that is famous for its culinary, cosmetic and medical properties.
After several stops to take photographs, you will continue your travel to Marrakech and check-in to your riad.
After dinner enjoy walking within the famous square of Jemaa Elfna, entertained by magicians, story tellers, musicians and snake charmers in the Medina.
After breakfast, you can start exploring Marrakech «the red city of Morocco”.
We will ensure that you see the most important sites of historical and cultural interest, including the Majorelle Gardens, the Koutoubia Tower, the Saadian tombs, the Bahia Palacel.
After Lunch at a restaurant near the square, you will walk through the souks and view hundreds of handicrafts.
On the afternoon, you will have some free time to wonder by yourself the other parts of the city.
